If your student has been sent home to be quarantined and you do not have the internet at home please fill out the following survey. It will go directly to Mr. Hicks and the request will be put in for you to get one by the district. Please understand that we do not have any at the school.
Please be sure to provide a working number that you can be reached. In the event you receive one, a parent or guardian has to come to pick it up from the school and sign for it. You are more than welcome to call the Media Center and speak to Mr. Hicks directly.
